Yes! This program is focused on eating wholesome foods that use local, in-season ingredients. Since we don’t eliminate food groups, participants can remove added sugar, most refined foods, gluten, and alcohol from the plan they currently follow. 

The program is omnivore & vegetarian friendly and does not require calorie counting or measuring.

The cost of the 25-day guided sugar cleanse is $185 per person.

There are a limited number of seats (only 5) available in each cleanse for additional one-on-one support with Shelly, for $399 apiece.

These one-on-one support seats include two 60-minute or four 30-minute video consults with Shelly, and unlimited email support throughout the cleanse.

During these calls you will:

  • Review your personal wellness and fitness goals, lifestyle, food sensitivities, health considerations, and map out personalized cleanse customizations
  • Follow up: a check-in after the cleanse to make any adjustments needed
  • Review your journals and receive personalized feedback

The sugar cleanse is guided by a natural health nutritionist and culinary professional, Shelly Rose. Each week, you join a one-hour live webinar, where you will learn from Shelly and ask any questions. (Recordings are sent out for those unable to join in real time). 

You’re also part of a private, online community alongside your group. This is one of participants’ favorite features of the program. Here is where everyone shares meal ideas, vents their challenges, and motivates one another throughout the duration of the cleanse. It’s also another channel for Shelly to answer your questions throughout the week.

My name is Shelly Rose and I am a Natural Foods Chef and Nutritionist. I created this cleanse because I believe healthy eating should be delicious, sustainable, and fuel the lifestyle you desire to live. I believe everyone is able to build healthy habits around food if they have the right environment and know clearly what steps to take.
