My Story

My name is Shelly Rose and I am a Natural Foods Chef and Nutritionist. I created this cleanse because I believe healthy eating should be delicious, sustainable, and fuel the lifestyle you desire to live. I believe everyone is able to build healthy habits around food if they have the right environment, know clearly what steps to take, and if they have a strong “why” to keep working at it until it becomes second nature.

I observed that most “diets” out there are too restrictive to keep up; they set us up to fail, feel bad about ourselves, to feel stuck in a hamster wheel with our nutrition, and have an unhealthy relationship with food.

I wanted to set my clients up to succeed and begin creating the kind of healthy habits that last. I knew I could accomplish that with a structured and supportive environment; with 25 straight days of professional guidance, education, encouragement, and by putting practical tips and DIY tools in their hands; by focusing on foods we CAN have, temporarily removing the known trouble foods, and listening to our bodies for the rest — since we know one size doesn’t fit all.

21 days allowed us enough time to break the sugar addiction in the brain, begin establishing healthier habits, know what it feels like to crave wholesome foods, and open our minds to a different way. It also provided a safe and encouraging environment to practice what we’re learning with realtime guidance and feedback. No waiting for emails or appointments 4 weeks out. It’s designed to fast track you and empower you in your own health.

Especially in light of the intense, exhausting, and uncertain times in 2020-2021, this is meant to be a healing space to prioritize self care, to learn about natural ways to strengthen immunity, to cultivate not just wellness, but joy and resilience – TOGETHER.
