Nutrition consults are designed to offer a customized experience based on you, your needs, lifestyle, fitness, and wellness goals. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching, encouragement, accountability, and the structure needed to implement healthful, delicious eating and cooking habits as a sustainable lifestyle (not a stress-filled, short-lived diet).
We review a 7-day journal of your food and lifestyle habits, discuss your nutrition and fitness goals, any food sensitivities, health conditions, challenges, strengths. We’ll then map out a realistic path of steps you can take to help you reach your goals, prioritizing so we’re focusing on the right things first.
Are recommended every 3-4 weeks as needed.
A prepaid, discounted package that covers 1 initial 90-min meeting, 2 60-min in person meetings, 2 30-min weekly phone call check ins, and unlimited email access throughout.
